GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Specializing in festival fashion, we realize most purchases are intended for specific events. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know in the note section available at checkout. Since we are not a normal, fast fashion store and most of our items are handmade, its helpful for both parties to communicate so we can do our best to accommodate you. Thanks in advance.
Change your mind? We offer full refunds for orders up until the day they ship. If you would like to cancel your order please let us know via email or IG within this time frame. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process through credit card companies, Paypal is instant. We always recommend using Paypal for online purchases.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before we ship your item. Once an item has shipped, we can not change or reroute a package.
Tracking is available with every purchase via email or text message. You will receive email confirmation once we ship. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
Buyers are responsible for all local duties and taxes at delivery in countries where applicable. This is important for customers outside of the United States.

Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for creation time. Your patience is greatly appreciated while we design this one-of-a-kind work of art for you. Good things come to those who wait!
Any handmade items purchased through a discount sale or giveaway may have an extended turn around time due to a high volume of sales. Remember, Space Boots are carefully hand painted and may not be rushed.
If you need any item sooner please email us as we can often accommodate you with a $50 expediting shipping fee.
All Space boots and art work are FINAL SALE. Under no circumstance will this change.
Space Boots is not responsible for any wear or tear that may occur at any time. Please understand that Space boots are in fact walking, wearable pieces of art. Although each boot is finished with a protective, UV blocking finish the paint can still chip or crack over time due to wear or tear. Chips or cracks are just part of the over all concept behind this art piece and is expected. You'd expect a painting to chip a bit if you wore it on your feet as well, right?
All Space Boots are listed is US Women's whole sizes. If you are a half size we recommend you size up for comfort. If have a questions about sizing or you need a size other than these, please contact us.
Custom Requests: We love custom requests so don't be shy, hit us up! We can try our best but cannot guarantee to accommodate all custom paint/design/size requests made. Some custom requests may be up charged depending on extra paints or materials.

SPACE ISLAND RETURN POLICY
The purchase of any spaceisland.co product indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by our policies.
If you need to cancel your order please let us know immediately. We offer full refunds up until an item has shipped.
Due to the custom nature of our handmade products, all purchases are final sale with the exception of exchanges or replacements for the following: size or color discrepancies, faulty or damaged goods, or orders with missing merchandise.
Order discrepancy claims must be submitted via email to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery and include images of the items in question, item description for missing merchandise, order number, and tracking number.
Please carefully read product descriptions, and consult the size chart before purchasing.
Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order, once returned goods are received and approved. Free return postage is not guaranteed for all items.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Worn, altered, or washed items missing original packaging and tags.
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits
