The purchase of any product indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by our policies.

Return Policy

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, stain/odor free merchandise within 7 calendar days of receiving your order for Store Credit only. Unworn items must be returned with original packaging, tags and hygiene liner still attached. For sanitary purposes, please try on swimwear over underwear. We have the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear. Store credit is a one time discount code and the entire amount must be used in one purchase. Any unused amount will be lost. All orders will be Non-Refundable. 

We do not offer Exchanges at this time. If you are needing to exchange for a different size, color or style, a store credit will be issued for the item cost. You'll be able to place a new order for your items. 

Items that are not eligible for Store Credit are as follows:

  • Worn, altered, or washed items missing original packaging and tags. 
  • Sale items
  • All hand painted items including shoes
  • Custom orders


To Start a Return

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, please initiate your return by email with your order number and detailed reason for the return ( Merchandise must be returned within 7 calendar days for store credit. Once your return is approved, please ship back your items within 3 calendar days of receiving your emailed return label. Free return postage is not guaranteed for all orders and you may be responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns. Any unapproved and/or late returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for the entire order.

Due to the nature of a handmade independent business, we cannot accept returns. While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because all of our pieces are hand crafted, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing prior to placing your online order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order ( Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist accordingly.

Changing or Cancelling your Order

If an order needs to be cancelled or changed, please reach out to us immediately. We may be able to cancel your order for a full refund before an item ships. We cannot guarantee your order can be stopped, canceled or changed after dispatch. Please be sure to double check your order information is correct before proceeding to checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We reserve the right to change or update the information on this page at any time without prior notice.
